The stamp of Casalba allows us to guarantee the quality of the products that can be bought from our shop Dlademanda Mercado. This family-run business maintains traditional values while applying advances made in food safety to its cured meats. When I decided to begin my adventure with Huerto de Roque, my idea was to convey to the whole world the idea of an haute cuisine restaurant, at that time inaccessible to most, in a space you could feel at home in. This aim has made us develop the establishment into three concepts: restaurant, gastrobar and private room.
We cook market-fresh food – our cuisine is dynamic. It is a cuisine that grows with the seasonality of the products, founded on a well-grounded basis and cooking methods but that tries not to remain stagnant and instead learn and do different things every day.
