Este mes de agosto la ciudad de Burgos y especialmente la gastronomía local han encontrado en el medio de prensa inglés "The Guardian" un excelente aliado para dar a conocer algunas de las excelencias de nuestra cocina fuera de nuestras fronteras además de destacar los atractivos turísticos que atraen cada año a miles de visitantes a nuestra ciudad.
