At the moment we are in a new phase of the economy &#8211; <strong>the experience economy<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Human beings direct their attention towards intangible heritage such as culture, different lifestyles, creativity and other artforms that they find in the different places they live in or visit.<\/p>\n<p>In the field of gastronomy, the producers, makers and consumers have to form part of the chain that eventually materialises as a delicious culinary surprise.<\/p>\n<p>In Burgos, producers, makers and consumers perform creative work together with the aim of innovating and creating new experiences, while retaining the origins and quality of the original food.<\/p>\n<p>Gastronomy therefore becomes a <strong>reservoir of knowledge, tradition, memory and images<\/strong> that can also become an experience and form part of the adventures at the destination visited.<\/p>\n<p>Products can be copied and globalised, however, the local and autochthonous offers a more complete experience at the location where it is produced, prepared and explained.
